Regis and Barbara Becker fund scholarship at Penn State Greater Allegheny

Regis Becker, alumnus and chief ethics and compliance officer at Penn State, has established an Open Doors Scholarship with wife Barbara. The $30,000 scholarship will be matched 2:1, turning the $30,000 scholarship into a $90,000 scholarship.
