You can still apply for fall 2017

If you have been thinking about becoming a Penn Stater this fall, it’s not too late, but now is the time to apply.  The deadline to submit an admissions application for the fall 2017 semester is 5pm on Tuesday, August 1, 2017.  All supporting documents* must be received by 5pm on Friday, August 4, 2017.

Begin your Penn State journey at the Greater Allegheny campus through our 2+2 plan, or start and stay, selecting one of our 11 degrees.

Unsure about your major?  The Division of Undergraduate studies can help assess your interests and abilities to help you select one. During orientation, you will meet with your academic adviser, who will be assigned based upon your preferred program of study, and the adviser's area of expertise.  Your adviser can help you select a major, and choose and register for appropriate courses.

Those admitted for fall will participate in Orientation Too! which begins Thursday, August 17.  Orientation is a great way for new students to become acquainted with student life before classes begin.  You’ll meet fellow students, faculty, and staff; become familiar with the campus; listen to amazing speakers; and attend interactive workshops to learn about academic procedures, electronic resources, campus support, and so much more!
