Penn State Greater Allegheny welcomed three student teachers from The College of Education to campus during the Spring 2021 semester. Curtis Neff, Austin Perkosky, and Sarah Stephens are completing their education degrees, while student teaching in at the McKeesport Area School District.
This year to celebrate Earth Day, Penn State Greater Allegheny student and soon-to-be graduate Troy Ferguson walked around our 52-acre campus capturing photos of the greenery and beauty of Greater Allegheny.
Penn State celebrated the accomplishments of graduates during its spring 2021 commencement ceremonies May 7 through May 9. This spring the University awarded approximately 14,400 diplomas to students University-wide who are completing associate, baccalaureate, master, law, doctoral and medical degrees. All figures listed are estimates as of April 5; totals do not include the Pennsylvania College of Technology.
Penn State Greater Allegheny welcomed Pittsburgh-based artist, Ebtehal Badawi, who spoke to the campus community about her "Pittsburgh Builds Bridges” project. Badawi shared some of her other artwork with the campus community.
