Financing Your Education

Cost matters when choosing a college. At Greater Allegheny campus, about 88% of students receive financial aid, and many receive awards covering more than half of tuition. First-year applicants are automatically considered for merit-based scholarships when they apply by February 1. We work closely with students and families to make a Penn State education affordable.

At Greater Allegheny campus, student success comes first. We offer 10 bachelor's and 5 associate degree programs, including the only Bachelor of Social Work among Penn State campuses. With the 2+2 Plan, you can complete your first two years here and easily transfer into any of Penn State’s 275+ bachelor’s programs.
