Staff Excellence Award Nomination Form

Criteria and other information about the award:

Who is eligible to be nominated?
Any full or part-time staff member who has completed two years or more of continuous service at Penn State Greater Allegheny, including this semester, is eligible.

Who can nominate a staff member?
Any current or former full or part-time student, alumnus, faculty member, or staff member can nominate a colleague.

Who sits on the Award Review Committee?
The Award Committee consists of members of an annual committee appointed by the Chancellor that includes the most recent recipient of the award.

A $100.00 honorarium accompanies this award.
