Victoria Garwood

Victoria Garwood arrived to Penn State Greater Allegheny in June 2004 from Community College of Philadelphia to lead the Division of Undergraduate Studies, serving herself as an academic adviser to exploratory students and coordinating delivery of advising programs to all students.  In 2009, she assumed duties as the campus registrar and continued with both positions until she became the Director of Enrollment Management in 2015.  In 2019, Victoria assumed leadership for Strategic Planning and Communications.  

Victoria is active in the McKeesport and White Oak communities and enjoys visiting National Parks, spending time in the outdoors with her husband, and traveling to Columbus to visit her son.
