Who is eligible to be nominated? Any staff or faculty advisor is eligible.

Who can nominate a staff or faculty member? Any current or former full or part-time student, alumnus, faculty member, or staff member can nominate a colleague.

Who sits on the Award Review Committee? The Award Committee consists of members of an annual committee appointed by the Chancellor that includes the most recent recipient of the award

A $100.00 honorarium accompanies this award.

Please describe the nominee's qualities, accomplishments and/or efforts that make her/him a worthycandidate for the Penn State Greater Allegheny Award for Excellence in Advising Award. Where appropriate, please describe how the nominee helps students achieve their academic goals, promote intellectual discovery, and encourages students to take advantage of both in and out of class educational opportunities in order that they become self-directed leaders and decision makers.
