Penn State Greater Allegheny offers courses for individuals preparing for the Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson Examination as well as those working in real estate-related fields such as title search, appraisal, and mortgage services.
To qualify for the licensing exam, applicants must complete 75 hours of basic real estate education through an accredited college or approved provider. Completing the two courses below fulfills this requirement for the Real Estate Salesperson Licensing Examination.
