Biography
Briana Mihok is an education and public policy professional with a background in
community learning and college and career pathways. She holds a doctorate in
education, a master's degree in public administration, and a bachelor's degree
from the University of Pittsburgh. Her career began in the office of State
Senator John Pippy, where she managed K-12 education policy and other
legislative issues before moving to the Institute of Politics at the University
of Pittsburgh. There, she rose to the position of Assistant Director of Policy
Programs and managed projects relating to career and technical education, dual
enrollment, the opioid epidemic, and economic development, among others. Briana
is a proud resident of Hampton Township, PA, where she lives with her husband
and two children.
