In line with Faculty Senate Rule 67-00, student-athletes representing the University in athletic contests are entitled to be excused from class.

If a scheduling conflict arises between a game and a class, students must complete and submit this form by the end of the class period preceding the class they will miss. A separate form must be submitted for each class missed.

Note: Timely submission of this form is crucial; failure to do so may result in the class absence not being officially excused. Being excused from class does not mean being excused from the responsibility for the material missed.
