Many scholarships are available exclusively to students at Penn State Greater Allegheny. These scholarships do not require a scholarship application— consideration is automatically given to all students. We are extremely grateful to our alumni and friends who support our students through scholarship endowments at the campus, valued at around $3 million.
New Students
New students are automatically considered for campus scholarships once they receive an offer of admission and submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Admitted students must have a minimum 2.75 cumulative high school GPA in order to be considered for an award. All campus scholarships awarded to new students are renewable for a second year as long as the renewal criteria communicated in the award letter is met.
Continuing Students
A scholarship committee reviews eligibility guidelines and selects eligible continuing students for Penn State Greater Allegheny Scholarships. Students should be enrolled and be in good academic standing at Penn State Greater Allegheny to be considered for an award.
