Second-year students in the Radiological Sciences or Biomedical Engineering Technology programs may qualify for the Allegheny Health Network (AHN) Talent Attraction Program (TAP).
Through TAP, students gain hands-on experience while completing their degree and secure employment after graduation. Participants commit to working with AHN for two years after earning their degree, launching their career with the support of one of the region’s leading health systems.
Program Benefits
As a TAP participant, you will:
- Receive $10,000 in tuition support paid directly to Penn State Greater Allegheny.
- Access transportation assistance, such as gas cards for travel to clinical sites.
- Receive required uniforms and shoes for clinical placements.
- Work part-time or full-time with AHN while completing your degree.
Why Participate?
TAP helps reduce the cost of college, provides meaningful real-world experience, and creates a clear pathway to employment after graduation. Students build professional skills, expand their health care network, and begin their careers with confidence.
