Students from University of Puerto Rico Mayagüez welcomed to the Penn State Greater Allegheny campus by the chancellor, Dr. Jacqueline Edmondson and staff.
On Feb. 2, Penn State Greater Allegheny welcomed seven students from the University of Puerto Rico Mayagüez. The students will have the opportunity to take classes, complete an internship and work within the community.
The Pittsburgh Literature Project is a new undertaking by James Jaap, associate teaching professor at Penn State Greater Allegheny. The project is set to incorporate students in English 496, where they will research authors, novelists and artists from the greater Pittsburgh region and bring recognition to their literary works.
