Strategic Communications Ticket Request Form

Hi, how can we help you?

Request various services from the Strategic Communications team from across our region. Our request form is designed to streamline your communications process with us, ensuring that your requests are handled quickly and efficiently. Simply select your service, fill in the necessary details, and submit it to us!

Requests sent via email and/or teams are not guaranteed for completion. Requests should be submitted using the form below at least 7–10 business days in advance. If time-sensitive, we’ll do our best, but late submissions may not be completed on time.

Note: Request tickets to Strategic Communications will clear and refresh on June 30 each fiscal year and must be renewed on or after July 1 of the following fiscal year.

Directory Profile Update Details

The following information is for use within the campus website, including the faculty and staff directory and on academic and administrative unit webpages.

Profile will be removed from appearing on all directory pages, unit lists, etc.

If applicable, please input a valid Penn State issued office phone number.
Please use your campus-specific title, rather than just the general job title as seen in WorkLion. For example, enter "Assistant Director of Admissions" instead of "Admissions Counselor 3." For faculty, be sure to include level and area of study, e.g. 'Assistant Professor of Mathematics.'

Digital Signage Upload

This option is for Digital Signage created outside of Strategic Communications. Please upload your sign as a horizontal/landscape image sized at 1920x1080 pixels (16:9 ratio) as a .jpeg, .jpg, or .png file type. Note that signs submitted in other dimensions, orientations, or file types will not be accepted and will be sent back for adjustment.

External Advertising Request Details

External advertising requests may include paid social media, print advertising, sponsorships, billboards, or other paid placements. External advertising may require budget confirmation, vendor specifications, and advance approval before work can begin. Submission of this request does not confirm ad placement. Strategic Communications is not responsible for covering advertising placement costs unless funding has been confirmed in advance by the requesting unit.

Social Media Post Request Details

Submission of a social media request does not guarantee posting. Strategic Communications will review each request for timing, audience fit, and alignment with campus priorities and University brand standards.

Photography Request Details

All pictures taken by the Strategic Communications office will be taken digitally. Any pictures in the central photo files or on disk are available to any department for use in the promotion of a campus program or publication.

By selecting a photography or videography request, participants will be required to fill out a Consent, License, and Release Agreement. Please make sure this is completed before your session.

Mascot Appearance Request Details
Request an appearance by the Nittany Lion to bring Penn State pride to your event. All appearances must align with University policies and event eligibility guidelines. Appearances are not guaranteed and are subject to availability, event classification (University or Non-University), and approval by the Campus Lead. Requests for Non-University Events must be submitted at least 30 days in advance. Penn State Greater Allegheny and the Office of Strategic Communications reserve the right to modify or cancel an approved appearance due to scheduling conflicts, safety concerns, policy compliance, or weather conditions.

Please provide a detailed description of your event, including the purpose, audience, and overall atmosphere. Appearances must align with University guidelines. The Nittany Lion may not attend alcohol-focused events, private celebrations (such as weddings, birthdays, or retirement parties), or religious or political functions. Be specific so we can properly evaluate your request.
