Strategic Communications Ticket Request Form

Note: Request tickets to Strategic Communications will clear and refresh on June 30 each fiscal year and must be renewed on or after July 1 of the following fiscal year.

Request a variety of communications services from Strategic Communications across our region. Our request form is designed to help us receive, review and prioritize communications requests while ensuring each request has the information we need to complete the work.

Requests must be submitted through this form before work can begin. Requests shared through email, Teams, meetings or other informal channels are not considered submitted until they are entered through the request form below.

Simply select the service you need and provide as much information as possible. We recommend submitting requests at least 7–10 business days in advance. Requests submitted with less lead time cannot guarantee completion and will be reviewed based on availability, scope and existing priorities.

Strategic Communications will review each request and determine the appropriate communications approach, format and timeline based on the request, University standards, accessibility requirements and available resources. Additional information or clarification may be requested before work begins.

For any questions, please contact Strategic Communications at [email protected].
