Second-year students in the Radiological Sciences or Biomedical Engineering Technology programs may qualify for the Allegheny Health Network (AHN) Talent Attraction Program (TAP).
Through TAP, you’ll gain hands-on experience while you’re still in school and secure a job after graduation. Students who join agree to work with AHN for two years after earning their degree, starting their career with the support of one of the region’s top health systems.
Program Benefits
As a TAP student, you’ll:
Earn $10,000 in tuition support–paid directly to Penn State Greater Allegheny.
Get help with transportation–such as gas cards to make travel to clinical sites easier.
Receive uniforms and shoes–so you’re ready for your clinical work.
Connect with an AHN mentor–meeting weekly to check in and build your professional skills.
Work part-time or full-time with AHN while completing your degree.
Why TAP?
This program is designed to ease the cost of college, give you real-world experience, and provide a direct path to employment after graduation. It’s a chance to grow your skills, build connections in health care, and make a difference in the community.
