At Penn State Greater Allegheny, our mission is to provide transformative educational experiences, not only for our students, but also for the faculty and staff who support them.
As part of our strategic planning process, we asked:
How can we better prepare students for life beyond graduation?
How can we empower our employees to grow as leaders at the Universty, in the region, and in their fields?
The result was All Campus Day, a professional development conference created by us, for us.
About the Event
Launched in August 2021, All Campus Day brings our entire campus community together for a day of professional growth, idea-sharing, and celebration.
Held annually before the fall semester begins, the event provides an opportunity to:
Reconnect after the summer break
Share expertise and learn from one another
Develop new skills and strategies to better serve our students
Celebrate employee service milestones and contributions
Why It Matters
All Campus Day reflects our commitment to continuous learning, and to each other. We believe that building a strong, innovative, and inclusive campus community starts with investing in the people who make it possible.
