Biography
Amanda comes to Penn State Greater Allegheny with a diverse background in social services. Before coming to PSGA, Amanda has previously served as the Assistant Director of Student Affairs at Penn State New Kensington, overseeing dent engagement, both on and off campus; planning activities; and creating leadership development opportunities for students, and as Director of Mentoring and Partnerships at Amachi Pittsburgh, where she oversaw the three major components of programming to serve children and families impacted by incarceration. Amanda has a passion for serving others and assisting individuals overcome personal challenges to achieve success. She looks forward to bringing that passion drive to serving the students at PSGA.
Amanda is a Pittsburgh native and loves all things Steeler football. When she is not working, Amanda enjoys cooking for those she loves, especially her husband. She also traveling and exploring new cultures. Amanda is a proud auntie and fur mom and wears those titles as a badge of honor.
