A member of the ACE office staff will be available by appointment Monday-Thursday for on-campus meetings. We will also be available virtually during normal business hours Monday – Friday using Zoom, Microsoft Teams and email. If you are not available to meet during normal business hours, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

  • Scheduling through Microsoft Bookings will automatically add the appointment to your Penn State Outlook Calendar.


Request a Meeting through Microsoft Teams:

  1. Click on Microsoft Teams
  2. Click on Calendar
  3. Click on New Meeting
  4. Enter Meeting Topic
  5. Invite Attendees
    • Enter the email address of the staff person you are requesting a meeting with.
  6. In Meeting Details Section
    • Enter questions you are looking to have answered.
  7. Click Save and the meeting request will be forwarded to ACE staff.
  8. You will receive a reminder email leading up to your appointment.
