Use this form to request the creation of new printed materials (such as posters, brochures, ads, etc.) or updates to materials previously created by our office. Whether you're launching a new project or need to refresh an existing design, our team is here to help bring your ideas to life.
Allow a minimum of three weeks for all printed materials requests. New projects or items to be mailed may require additional time, depending on the scope of the work. To ensure the best results, be sure to include all relevant information, such as logos, fonts, colors, and descriptions.
- For event-related publications (e.g., programs or posters), make sure to first submit your event through the Internal Campus Events Registration Form before requesting related materials.
- If you have pre-prepared materials (both digital and print) that are intended for an external audience or widespread internal use, please use the Materials Review/UBR Request Form.
