Note that these requests are for Digital Materials Only—not for printed materials. Printed materials need to be approved and assigned a UBR number before any distribution. If you need printed items, please fill out the Printed Materials Request Form.

Each submission will be reviewed. To ensure the best results, please include all relevant information, such as logos, fonts, colors, descriptions, and any other necessary details.

For event-related digital designs (e.g., digital signs, email designs), ensure you first submit your event through the Internal Campus Events Registration Form before requesting related digital designs.

Information on Digital Signage: The digital signage system used throughout campus operates on a web-based platform maintained by Information Technology Services and administered by Marketing and Communications. Digital signage typically displays upcoming events and significant campus-wide announcements. Additionally, select signs can be customized to show information specific to their location.

Note: Request tickets to Strategic Planning and Communications will refresh on June 30 each fiscal year and must be renewed on or after July 1 of the following fiscal year.

Who is the audience for your request?
Requests should be made 7-10 business days in advance of a preferred deadline. If your request is time-sensitive, we will do our best to complete your request by this time, though we most likely will not be able to complete late or last-minute requests by the selected date.
Provide as much detail as possible. Consider including information about the goals or target audience. What is the purpose of this design and how will this design be used? (e.g., social media post, email, presentation) What action do you want the audience to take after seeing this design?
