Support Students. Gain Fresh Perspective. Build the Future Workforce.
Partner with Penn State Greater Allegheny Interns
Internships are a powerful way to develop new talent, bring energy and fresh ideas into your workplace, and support students as they take their first steps into the professional world.
At Penn State Greater Allegheny, our students come from diverse, often underrepresented communities — many are first-generation college students eager to learn, grow, and give back. Your mentorship and real-world experience could make all the difference.
Why Work With a Penn State Intern?

Access to emerging talent you might want to hire later
Stronger community ties through collaboration with the Greater Allegheny campus.
What’s Expected of Internship Hosts?
Hosting an intern is simple, and we support you every step of the way. Here’s what you’ll do:
Offer a professional setting or project

That’s it. We’ll handle the paperwork, prep the student, and keep in touch.
