Are you considering a graduate or professional degree? Depending on your career goals and readiness, you may choose to go to graduate school right after completing an undergraduate degree or wait until you've entered the workforce. Attending right out of undergrad may be a necessity depending on your overall career goals or your major. Some programs require service and/or patient contact hours that can expire if left unused.
Attending grad school after entering the workforce, however, gives you the flexibility to have your employer pay for part (or even all) of your educational costs. This will allow for longevity with your employer as well as financial advancement once your additional degree(s) are obtained.
