Self-Enhancement

True Colors

An engaging and activity driven personality assessment that helps participants identify their core and contextual selves. The assessment explores what makes each of us unique by analyzing abilities, skills, and talents. Your gifts are part of what makes you different and special.

ISP (Individual Success Plan)

A full cognitive profile contains results from “True Colors” assessment, in addition to established “S.M.A.R.T.” goals—short-term & long-term; personal & professional. Participants will also create a “Road to Success” plan, which contains the step-by-step process to reach the individuals career of choice. These ISPs will be reviewed with the participants to acknowledge progress and identify future action plans to help maintain or reach goals.

S.M.A.R.T. Goals

This strategy helps set “Specific”, “Measurable”, “Attainable”, “Realistic”, and “Timely” goals. We will use this system to assist participants to create academic and personal goals. This system will teach participants how to structure thoughts and prioritize. In addition, participants will gain advanced understanding of how to set and strategically attack goals.

Interpersonal Skill Development

Participants will engage in C.P.R. (Circle of Power and Respect) lessons/group sessions. During this 1 hour and 30 minute time frame, participants will develop and strengthen communication skills through highly engaging activities and discussion. Addtionally, participants will analyze the importance of navigating sub-cultures that are prevalent throughout our would.
