Self-Enhancement at G.A.M.E

True Colors

True Colors is an interactive personality assessment designed to uncover the unique traits and characteristics of each participant. This engaging activity-driven tool explores:

  • Career Matches: Identifying career paths that align with individual strengths and interests.
  • Strengths and Weaknesses: Understanding personal strengths and areas for growth, along with stressors that may impact performance.
  • Values, Joys, Needs: Exploring core values, sources of happiness, and essential needs.
  • Abilities, Skills, Talents: Recognizing innate abilities, developed skills, and natural talents.
  • Core and Contextual Self: Distinguishing between essential personal traits and those influenced by surroundings.

ISP (Individual Success Plan)

The ISP integrates insights from the True Colors assessment with S.M.A.R.T. goals (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Timely) to create a comprehensive roadmap for success. Key components include:

  • Road to Success Plan: A step-by-step strategy outlining actions necessary to achieve career aspirations.
  • Progress Tracking: Regular reviews of the ISP to acknowledge achievements and adjust strategies as needed.

S.M.A.R.T. Goals

This structured approach helps participants set clear objectives in both academic and personal realms. Through S.M.A.R.T. goals, participants learn to:

  • Structure Thoughts: Organize ideas and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strategically Attack Goals: Develop methods for achieving objectives systematically.

Interpersonal Skill Development

Participants engage in Circle of Power and Respect (C.P.R.) sessions aimed at enhancing communication skills and understanding cultural dynamics. Activities include:

  • Communication Skills: Practice and refine effective communication techniques.
  • Navigating Sub-cultures: Gain insights into diverse social environments and interactions.

At G.A.M.E, we are committed to fostering personal growth and equipping participants with the tools needed to succeed academically, professionally, and personally. Join us in discovering and maximizing your potential!
