Make sure to send each interviewer a thank you note within 24 hours - personally addressed to the name reflected on their business card. You may also choose to follow up with the employer about their hiring timeline.

Don’t stop now! Keep searching for open positions and scheduling those interviews. Remember, it takes at least 8 to 10 applications to get a call back for an interview.
