About the Program
The Multidisciplinary Studies program lets you design a degree that fits your passions and career goals. Instead of following just one major, you’ll combine courses from at least three different areas, building a degree that’s unique to you.
Career Opportunities and Themes to Explore
Built around flexibility and support, your degree can be customized to match your interests through:
Social Justice & Community Engagement
Explore fields like Social Work, Psychology, Communications, History, and African American Studies.
Get involved with projects focused on civil rights, community revitalization, and social justice.
Prepare for careers in nonprofit leadership, community development, public policy, or law school.
Contemporary Storytelling
Combine courses in writing, media production, photography, graphic design, and communications.
Learn how to tell stories through digital content, journalism, publishing, and advocacy.
Build a creative portfolio for careers in digital marketing, journalism, public history, or freelance work.
