iPad Pickup for New Students
New students will receive their iPad during New Student Orientation (NSO) before their first semester.
Transfer students starting in spring or summer can pick up their iPad at the GA IT Help Desk (Crawford Building, Ground Floor).

You’ll need:
Your Penn State ID card
PSU Access Account (abc1234) and password
Completed iPad Quiz (sent to your PSU email)
Apple ID and password
iPad Return or Purchase
If you graduate from Greater Allegheny, you keep your iPad—no extra cost.
If you transfer or withdraw, you must return the iPad or purchase it at a reduced cost.
Students must return or buy the iPad by the last day of finals. Unreturned devices may be locked and a hold placed on the student’s account.
