Through its signature Digital Fluency Project, Penn State Greater Allegheny is changing the way our students, faculty and staff advance teaching, learning and service on our campus.
New students who are enrolled at Penn State Greater Allegheny are eligible to pick up their iPad from GA Information Technology at the student’s scheduled New Student Orientation (NSO) throughout the summer before their first semester.
Transfer students who enroll for other semesters (Spring and Summer) can be picked up at the GA Information Technology Help Desk located on the ground floor of the Crawford Building.
To make an appointment to pick up your iPad, please contact the GA IT Help Desk: [email protected].
For you to receive your iPad, you must arrive with/completed:
- PSU ID Card
- PSU Access Account Username (abc1234) and Password
- Proof of completed iPad Quiz (this will be sent via PSU email prior to your pickup)

Graduating and transfer students who are ineligible to keep their iPad must return or purchase the iPad by the last day of finals during the respective semester.
