About the Program
The Biobehavioral Health program examines how biological processes, individual behaviors, and social environments interact to influence health. Students explore topics such as stress, lifestyle habits, family and community influences, and environmental factors that shape well-being. You will also study health research methods and learn how to design programs that promote healthier lives—preparing you for careers in health care, research, or public health.
